Society for Human Resource Management is a professional business program with members worldwide! Our mission is to "serve the needs of HR professionals by providing the most current and comprehensive resources, and to advance the profession by promoting HR’s essential, strategic role." SHRM at Central Michigan University is dedicated to helping students develop not only as professionals in HR but also as students, as people, and as individuals. Our program includes speakers from several major companies, mentor programs, tours of facilities & HR programs, resume building & interview skills workshops, and debates on topics that pertain to HR and HR students!
